Located in Wake County approximately eight miles northeast of Raleigh on U.S. 1 (Capital Boulevard), the once sleepy town of Wake Forest has become a fast-growing community of some 30,000 residents who enjoy quiet, tree-lined streets and stately living. Wake Forest also features nine parks, a public swimming pool and two golf courses, and is just a few minutes from the Falls Lake recreation area and state park.

Everything from high-density housing to rural areas can be found, all just a few minutes from the Wake Forest Towne Center. Residents also enjoy proximity to the big-city amenities and attractions of Raleigh, including Raleigh-Durham International Airport and the Research Triangle Park.
